How do I place a return or exchange?

Don’t worry—NAASSY packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to naassy.shop@gmail.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
What’s your return policy?
Customers have 30 days from delivery to notify us if your product/s are defective/damaged upon receipt of the items. Photographic evidence of the product defect or damage is required. Please send us a message or email us at naassy.shop@gmail.com and we will assess the claim and respond.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. and you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at naassy.shop@gmail.com and we’ll be sure to get you the product you ordered!
